Associate Individual & Relationship Therapist

Sex therapist

creative Arts therapist

Hello! I am Andi. I am an associate Couples and Family Therapist and Art Therapist with certificates in Sex Therapy and Yoga Training.

I approach therapy from a client-centered lens with a focus on exploring issues through creative arts expression and somatic exploration. I view therapy through the theoretical frameworks of Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Liberation Psychology, Ecopsychology and Strengths-Based Approaches; centering you and the path that makes sense for your journey.

I work to honor your story with a sex positive outlook, affirming the many styles and structures of your relationships and hope to explore your unique story with an emphasis on creative expression. I believe that all experiences, expressions and feelings are valid and I honor the beauty of diversity in each client I work with.

I work with all races, sexualities, genders, religious leanings and world views. I locate myself in the world as a queer, gender expansive, white person from a Scandinavian family, who is always exploring the dynamics of gender, the effects of the social systems that surround us and trying to understand it all through creative expression and exploration. I hope to bring a playful, creative and body-based approach to explore your therapeutic goals in a setting that works best for your lifestyle.

I am happy to meet in-person for outdoor walking sessions or in our Bellingham office and via telehealth throughout Washington State.
