Associate Individual Therapist

creative arts therapist

Hi I’m Julie! I provide mental health counseling, sex therapy, and art therapy to individual adults and adolescents. I am available for therapy online and I am also available for in person walk and talks. I integrate a number of different therapeutic styles and modalities, depending on best fits with the client and their goals for therapy. I am interested in holistic care and intersectionality.

My goal is also to make my therapy sessions a brave space, as social justice work as well as antiracism are important to me. I myself identify as queer and neurodivergent and have worked with clients who identify in similar ways. I am kink informed and I also specialize in working with polyamorous and non-monogamous folks. Finally, I am STI affirming and destigmatizing; I can help you navigate life with an STI and practice having tough conversations like disclosing an STI to a new sexual partner.
